Airport VIP room
To the guests arriving and leaving Salvador International Airport. Open 24/7 and offering a complete infrastructure for guests waiting to board to Costa do Sauípe or to their flights. In case guests loose or have problems with their luggage, our team helps to deal and follow up with air companies in order to solve the problem.In our VIP area guests can find water, coffee, sodas, iced tea, diaper change station, washrooms, kid’s space and four computers with Internet access.

24h ATMs, but withdrawals are limited to R$100.00 after 10 p.m. Opens from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Exchange service.

Post Office
Located at Vila Nova da Praia, it works from Monday to Friday from 9 a.m. to noon and from 1:30 p.m. to 5 p.m. and on Saturdays from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.

Lifeguard service
Costa do Sauípe lifeguard team is able to perform several functions such as rescue and first aids, guidance concerning risk areas for bath, sea animals monitoring, cleaning assistance to guests with asphalt spots and monitoring for guests in Rio Sauípe and Santo Antônio community.

Medical Service
Works 24/7 with a doctor per shift and a mobile ICU operated by Vitalmed. Services are charged per procedure. Receipts are provided for reimbursements. By the time of their check-in front desks are prepared to inform guests about the optional medical fee that covers medical appointment and some procedures.
