Suasi Island
Suasi Island - 2 days/1 night Package
In
the northeastern region of Lake Titicaca (see
map) lies Suasi, a private 43-hectare island where everything is different:
dawn, rain, storms, twilight. Closer to the sun and the moon, Suasi offers
a unique way to experience the Titicaca, a burst of magic inviting introspection.
The hotel is a peaceful viewpoint surrounded by flowers and gardens, rising
below a sheltered hill on the northern side of the island. Built with
local materials such as wood, stones and totora reed, our property runs
entirely on solar energy. The lake's vastness can be contemplated through
large windows and sunny balconies in each of the 24 rooms in Casa Andina
Private Collection Suasi. The most discerning travelers may choose the
Andean Cottage, a private villa nesting on a small sandy beach.
