ECUADORIAN HACIENDAS (Departures on: Tuesday, Friday or Sunday)
(7 nights / 8 days)

1st Day: Transfer airport / hotel. Accommodation in the Colonial part of the city Patio Andaluz Hotel Boutique (F)
2nd Day: Breakfast, City Tour and Equatorial Monument with lunch , in the afternoon will go to Cayambe where the Equator line crosses as well. Dinner and accommodation at Guachalá Hacienda (S), The oldest one in Ecuador.
3rd Day: Breakfast at the Molino de San Juan Hacienda brief visit to the Otavalo market, visit to the Miralago mirador, lunch at Cusin or Pinsaquí Hacienda, Visit to the towns of Cotacachi and Peguche. Dinner and accommodation at Chorlaví Hacienda (S) or Cusin Hacienda (P).
4th Day: Breakfast, continue to the Cotopaxi National Park visit and lunch at La Cienega(S) or San Agustín de Callo(F) Hacienda. Dinner and accommodation in the same hacienda
5th Day: Breakfast, continue through the Volcano Avenue until the city of Baños, visit to the city and surroundings. Dinner and accommodations at Leito (S) or Manteles Hacienda (P).
6th Day: Breakfast, continue through the Volcano Avenue until Alausí to take the train for the Devils Nose, continue to the Ingapirca Inca Complex lunch at Posada de Ingapirca. In the afternoon ride to the city of Cuenca. Accommodation at the Santa Lucia Hotel Boutique (P).
7th Day: Breakfast and City Tour of Cuenca. In the afternoon transfer to the airport to take the flight back to Quito. Transfer to Patio Andaluz hotel Boutique and assistance in Quito. Accommodation

Quito at night with dinner (3 hours) - Tour to the Guapulo mirador. Afterwards the colonial part of the city where one can appreciate the breathtaking site of the illuminated colonial churches at night and a panoramic nighttime view of Quito from the Panecillo mirador. Then dinner at typical restaurant is provided where one can enjoy the live music show. Return to the hotel. Private tours daily for $139 for 1, $86 each for 2, $67 each for 3-4.

Ecuadorian Folklore Ballet (3 hours) - Includes transportation and tickets to the traditional folklore dance of "Jacchigua". Wednesday-Friday. $30 for group tour. Private tour is $93 for 1 person, $61 each for 2, $50 each for 3-4.

OTAVALO MARKET (8 hours)
Departure from Quito through The Panamericana North Highway. Brief stop at Calderon, a town where the famous "masapan" dolls are made, we will continue passing through Guayllabamba town with its typical fruit cherimoyer, we will stop at the highway that conduces to Cayambe to admire and take pictures of the beautiful landscape and snow caped mountains of the zone, crossing the equatorial line at Cayambe we will pass by Guachala (used to be the middle of the world monument), before we head up to Otavalo we will make a stop at Mira Lago to take pictures of the beautiful San Pablo Lake. The tour then continues to Otavalo here the Otavaleños (natives) set up a market in which a bartering manner of shopping is taken. The market hosts a variety of different handcrafted items. Continuing the trip, we will go to San Antonio de Ibarra famous because of its wood artisans. Finally, a visit to the leather shopping stores at Cotacachi is planned before returning to Quito through the Cajas-Tabacundo road.

Excursion to the Cotopaxi Volcano (8 hours) - Departure from Quito on the "Pan-American South" highway, enjoying a beautiful landscape and a visit to the Saquisili Indian market (only Thursdays) Arrive at the impressive active volcano "Cotopaxi" (6005m. high). Visit the museum and National Park, where the natural environment of the place, its animals, and plants life may be appreciated. Stop at the Limpipungo Lake and if possible arrive to the national Park Parking area. Return to Quito. The ticket to get into the national park is not included. Group tours on Thursdays for $45. Private tours daily for $171 for 1 person, $89 each for 2, $62 each for 3-4.

Excursion to Mindo with lunch - Ecotourism and Adventure (8 hours) - From Quito every day, to the Touristic Center of " Mindo Garden ", where you will have the opportunity to do nature hikes to visit the waterfalls of " Nambillo ", "Sugar " or " San Antonio ", with beautiful landscapes, natural forest, rivers. More than 400 exotic species of birds, butterflies and orchids. A full day tour has lunch included with a specialist natural guide. Under request you can Kayak and Raft. $241 for 1 person, $145 each for 2, $113 each for 3-4.

Excursion to Papallacta with lunch - Health (8 hours) - From Quito every morning on the road that leads to the Amazon Jungle. After about an hour you will visit the PAPALLACTA lagoon, with cold weather but with beautiful landscapes with natural thermal water pools- perfect for anti-stress therapy for your health. All of this you can enjoy at " Termas de Papallacta ". Includes lunch, and you can also take nature hikes. Group tour is $45 on Wednesday. Private is $179 for 1 person, $96 each for 2, $69 each for 3-4.

Rafting on the white water River "Toachi" (8 hours) - The program includes an expert guide, special equipment and food. We leave early in the morning to the town of Santo Domingo. It takes 2 ½ hours to get there. We will then travel to the Toachi River, a 3-hour journey (20 Km.). Finally, after lunch, the return to Quito is planned. $75 on Saturdays.

Group services are shared tours in Spanish and English simultaneously and work on specific days.
Private Services can be made in any language (subject to a charge depending the language) and at any date or time.

2nd day: Breakfast and departure by train aprox. at 7:00 a.m. From Riobamba train station to the Devil Nose a unique piece of engineering in the middle of the Andes (ride of 7 hours aprox. Includes a Box Lunch). After the train ride visit to the Ingapirca Inca Ruins, the biggest Inca archaeological complex in Ecuador from the XV and XVI centuries, (ticket to the complex not included) trough the ride you will be to watch the weavers of the famous "Panama Huts" artisans tipycal from the area. Lunch Included. Arrive to the City of Cuenca to spend the night. Lodge included.
3rd day: Breakfast and city tour of the city of Cuenca visiting the Calderon Park, new and old Cathedral The park of the Flowers, the City Museum and modern art, the Cañari-Incas of all saints ruins, Canon of the Tomebamba and Turi River in the afternoon transfer to the airport to take the flight back to Quito (air ticket not included)
