Wine regions of Argentina & Chile
Food & Wine, Gourmet Adventure. 10 days- 9 nights

This adventure takes us from the cosmopolitan pulse of Buenos Aires, to the Andean most magnificent views. Absorb all the wine tradition of Mendoza's Uco & Central Valleys. We travel west ( flight) to Historic Santiago, and soak into the splendid landscape of Chile's main wine regions. Lodge at exclusive, countryside retreats. Walk or horseback ride to the vineyards, and dine at state- of- the- art wineries.

Day 1: Arrival to Buenos Aires
We will be waiting for you at Buenos Aires Airport. Transfer to your centric hotel, and brief orientation meeting with your guide to review your itinerary. In the late afternoon, we depart for one of the city's finest Wine-Bars , where we will get introduced to the Malbecs and Torrontes, Argentina's most distinctive wines. Welcome Dinner at "La Caballeriza" steak house, by the bustling waterfront.

Day 2: Buenos Aires-
A day full of contrasts throughout Buenos Aires streets. Morning visit to the Historic Neighborhood of San Telmo, the art district with its Artisan & antiques fair at Dorrego Square. From there we head for Plaza de Mayo ( Main Square), and the exclusive Barrio of Recoleta , famous both for its cafés and its fancy, elaborated cemetery of the Argentine aristocracy. Time for lunch at the square, and afternoon leisure. Early evening stop at La Cava del Querandí, -Wine Club to sample premium wines of Argentina's different wine regions (*). Later on, we will go for an Evening Gala of Tango ….. try a few steps yourself, and enjoy the art of superb musicians & dancers .

Day 3: Mendoza ( Central Valleys)
Morning transfer to Buenos Aires airport to board flight to Mendoza, center of Argentina's wine making. Lunch at the superb restaurant of Ruca Malen winery, and check in at the exclusive lodge at the vineyards. . Evening visit to centric Mendoza before heading to "1884 Restaurant" , where Chef Francis Mallmann blends the finest culinary traditions of France and South America

Day 4 : Mendoza - ( Uco Valley )
Morning transfer to Uco Valley and lodge at the exclusive Posada at Salentein Winery . Lunch at Killka , the Bodega`s Restaurant and Art Space. Afternoon visit to the winery and walk through the vineyards with incredible views to the Andes and the Tupungato Volcano (6800 mts)

Day 5: Mendoza -(Uco valley )
Today we head for one of the valley's finest wineries: Clos de los Siete , a joint wine adventure initiated a few years back by the world famous French winemaker Michel Rolland.. We also visit Monteviejo Winery, before heading for a traditional Asado at Posada del Jamon, the hidden local gem specialized in pork meats , with more magnificent views of the Andes over lunch. Afternoon horseback ride by the Andean foothills, or leisure at the Posada's magnificent surroundings.

Day 6: Mendoza - Santiago de Chile.
After breakfast, we transfer to Mendoza airport to board a 45 ' flight to Chile's capital. Upon our arrival and chek in at the centric hotel, we leave for a walking tour of downtown Santiago's main historic sites. One of the country's hidden treasures are its Mariscos ( sea food), and we head for Mercado Central, the historic building where chilean Chefs go for fresh sea food . Lunch at the market, and the rest of the day is yours to discover the city and leisure away.

Day 7: Colchagua Valley
Morning shuttle south of Santiago to the Colchagua Valley . Lunch at Viu Manent Winery ,
During the early afternoon, Vintage horse-drawn carriages will leisurely take you around the vineyard where you will experience the grounds and plantations, before we embark in a wine tasting experience of the winery's top wines , including Reserve, Secreto and Single Vineyard Viu Manent. Check in at the exclusive lodge & leisure. Tonight, our choice for Dinner is Los Varietales . Its cuisine, conceived by chef Hernán Hernández, is based on contemporary versions of traditional chilean dishes.

Day 8: Colchagua Valley
Morning at Santa Cruz to visit town & the Colchagua Museum. Lunch at Hacienda Lolol, in the surroundings of the small Lolol Village, a typical town of the Huaso culture. Later on, we head for Laura Hartwig , boutique winery amongst the top elites of the Chilean wine labels.

Day 9: Curicó Valley, and lodge at Casa Silva
Today we will get to know another of Chile's prime regions of wine making. Morning transfer south to Curicò. The city Founded in 1743 , and destroyed by an earthquake in 1928. is today one of the more cultured and provincial towns of Chile. A few miles outside town we find Alta Cima , a family-run boutique winery dedicated to the production of fine wines. We leave the winery just to get across one of the valley's true culinary jewels, restaurant Colo Colo, in the town of Romeral. Its simple atmosphere only known to the locals hides some of the best Plateadas ( casserole beef) in the whole country. After one-hour transfer we get to our lodge at Casa Silva Winery . Relax at the colonial patio as you taste the Casa Silva's top Carmenere. We will gather back for our farewell dinner, at the Bodega's restaurant by the barrel room.

Day 10: Maipo Valley- Transfer out to Santiago Airport
After breakfast, you can explore the Bodega or walk throughout the oldest vineyards in the Colchagua Valley, Mid morning departure to Santiago International Airport, to board flights back home /or domestic connections.
