 Meet your host at 8 AM at your hotel in Manaus, then board the Zaltana Riverboat on the Rio Negro. Settle into your suite, meet the crew, and enjoy an Amazonian- inspired welcome cocktail on the top deck while cruising towards the breathtaking Meeting of Waters, with the chance to spot river dolphins along the way.
 
Savor a delicious lunch onboard, then visit the Museu do Seringal Vila Paraíso, an open- air museum that offers a fascinating glimpse into the Amazon's rubber boom era. End the day with a cultural visit to a local indigenous community, gaining insight into their traditions, crafts, and way of life.
 
Day 2/3/4 - Upstream Navigation – Cuieiras River – Anavilhanas and Jau National Park
Start the day navigating the Cuieiras River and Anavilhanas Archipelago, followed by a guided jungle walk to explore Amazonian plants and wildlife. After lunch onboard, embark on a wildlife spotting excursion by canoe or speedboat, with chances to see pink river dolphins, macaws, sloths, and the famous Manakin bird at the renowned Jaú National Park. End the day with dinner onboard and an optional night excursion to observe nocturnal wildlife, fully immersing yourself in the magic of the Amazon.

Explore the serene Tumbira Lake, beginning with a visit to a riverine village to connect with the local community and learn about their sustainable way of life. Day 5 - Downstream Navigation – Acajatuba Lake – Manaus – Transfer to the Airport
