But it’s not a detailed itinerary, nor do we add maps.
The other option is to create a Roadbook with a detailed itinerary for the passengers. This has extra cost as we have to make it by hand for each trip. Some clients ask us to make it, others prefer to do it themselves based on our recommendations.

Personal belonging are not covered in any case by the hired insurance on the car rental. Other exceptions include but are not limited to, are damage of windscreen, tires and wheel rim impact on rentals at El Calafate, Puerto Madryn, Trelew, Resistencia, Posadas and Puerto Iguazú.
*Partial reduction of collision damage to 50%: The passenger must pay 50% of the value of the deductible for damage.
**Full reduction collision Damage to 100%: The deductible eliminator insurance is not available in El Calafate, Trelew, San Luis, Rio Cuarto, Puerto Iguazú, Resistencia and Posadas. In the mentioned Cities the insurance that eliminates 50% can be offered.
Rio Grande does not accept any reductions.
In some destinations, there is an extra charge for night delivery. Please consult us.
About the guarantees Hertz requires a credit card coupon to be signed for the amount detailed on the above chart as a guarantee in pesos. Visa, Mastercard or American Express card are accepted. If client does not have a credit card, a cash deposit should be done.

- The passenger must check his flight and in case of rescheduling is responsible for informing the car rental company. In the event that arrival is delayed some time after the car rental airport office is closed, there will be an extra charge which will be informed at the time and charged directly to the passenger's credit card.
- Any fines incurred during the rental period will be automatically charged to the passenger's credit card at any time, without prior notice. - In some destinations there is an extra charge for overnight delivery. Please consult us.
- 4x4 includes Tonneau Covers for luggage protection.
Deliveries: They must be required between 72 hours as minimum and are subject to each office where the booking is asked. Delivery is available only from Monday to Friday between 10 AM and 4 PM. In El Calafate, deliveries are not possible. In some destinations, there is an extra charge for overnight delivery. Please ask.
