When to come & Weather conditions
We work all year round. However, the best time for this trip is Brazilian autumn/ fall and winter (March to September) when it is cooler, drier and sunnier. During these months temperatures are around mid 20s Celsius (high 70s Fahrenheit) during the day, not humid, and cooler at night. December, January and February are the tropical summer months which are very hot, very humid and very wet. These months are best avoided if you are not used to the heat. April, May, June and September are the quietest low tourist season months. It’s best to avoid Easter and national holidays as the town and the bay get busier and prices go up. |
