Notes
"It was fantastic. The local tour company ran it very well. Picked us up on time, provided a very nice guide…Informal, but well-organised, which is what you want. Chapada itself is beautiful and the weather was great. In an ideal world, there would have been a little more wildlife - but the scenery and swimming are still spectacular. Also really liked Pousada Bagua. Breakfast on the terrace overlooking the park was a highlight. So thanks very much and I'd be happy to book with you again." Gideon "Everything went well, we had a wonderful time in the Chapada, the Pousada was very nice as well and our private guide very friendly and skillful. Amazing experience. Best regards," Alexandre "excuse me for the late news. the trip was really nice and the guide was wonderful. kind regards" Jean luc "I have had a great time so far, Chapada dos Veadeiros is an incredible & unique place that’s for sure! Thanks for all the service and help. Best Regards" Daniél "Happy to report all went smoothly – thanks heaps for organising it all for us in such a short time frame! We really enjoyed Brasilia and the Chapada (it looks a lot like the savanna across the top of Australia - Kakadu etc, but with more water and quite different flora and fauna). Sao Jorge was a nice contrast to the congress in Rio (close to 4000 participants, if you believe the hype!) Our guide, Oleg in Alto Paraiso took us on a lot of great walks, including to a couple of his favourite places outside the park on the Monday when the park is closed. I think we covered about 35km over the time we were there – all at a nice leisurely pace with plenty of time to admire the scenery (and, ok, get our breath back after some stiff climbs!) and swim in various pools. Carlos in Brasilia was excellent too – gave us a good insight into what it’s really like to live in Brasilia. Anyway thanks for your help! Hope your business in Brazil continues to thrive." Lisa |
