In addition you may indulge in wine tasting in numerous wineries, which are becoming famous all over the world.

Sample Basic PackageDay 1 - Arrival in Mendoza or San Juan Airport.
Meet & greet at the airport & transfer to hotel. Mendoza is one of the largest wine regions in the world, with more than 1.500 wineries distributed in three areas: Luján de Cuyo, Uco Valley and Maipú. During the circuit, we visit Luján de Cuyo and / or Maipú. To understand about the wine process, we visit two wine establishments that use traditional methods and the latest available technology. During the visit, the winery’s guide teaches us about fermentation, bottling and labeling methods. At the end of the tour, we taste some of the wines. The tour is complemented with a visit to an olive establishment, where we observe the process of making olive oil and then we taste the product. Days 2-3 B
Day at leisure. If you are a landscape lover, we highly recommend you taking the High Mountain Tour, which allows you to admire the Mount Aconcagua, the highest peak in America. For those who wish to learn more about wine and be part of the process, we suggest taking a tour to Uco Valley where the vineyards grow at more than 1500 MASL. However, if what you want is to know Mendoza through the experimental we suggest you take a cooking class, participate in the harvest, prune or special tastings. Day 4. B Time at leisure. Discover the highest mountain in the Western Hemisphere, the mighty Aconcagua, which sits nestled in the Andean mountain range above Mendoza. You’ll be picked up from your hotel at around 8am and head southwest to the Potrerillos Dam, where there will be time to fuel up with tea and coffee while enjoying the incredible view of ‘El Plata’ mountain range, and the brilliantly blue Potrerillos Lake. Then it’s ‘back on the road’ towards Uspallata, passing beautiful scenery along the way until we reach Aconcagua Provincial Park. Here, we begin a one-hour hike, during which we come face to face with the incredible flora and fauna of the park. Snacks and water will be provided, so simply breathe in the clean mountain air throughout the hike, taking in this most natural of places. Next, we drive on to Puente del Inca, a beautiful naturally formed arch that is absolutely unmissable on this trip. Having learned the history of the bridge, we return to Mendoza via Pueblo del Rio, a mountain resort perfectly placed for a hearty lunch, with the mountains and river behind serving as a fittingly picturesque backdrop. 8 hours (From 8:00am to 6:30pm). Fly to Buenos Aires & connecting flight to the next destination. Wine and Adventure
Day 1 Mendoza. D Arrival at Mendoza. Reception at the airport and transfer to hotel. In the afternoon, we move to the place from where our first adventure begins. After a security talk, we start the horseback ride, crossing Mendoza Piedmont, passing by places of outstanding beauty. After an hour and a half, we return to the shelter, where we enjoy a creole dinner paired with wines from Mendoza. Return to the city. Day 2 Mendoza. B L We leave in the morning to go towards the highest peak of the American continent: the Aconcagua. After 3 hours travelling, we arrive at the Office of the Forest Rangers, where we process paperwork to enter. There begins the path that leads to the Horcones Lagoon (2.950 MASL-9.678 ft.) and after an hour, reaches the Hanging Bridge over the Horcones River. Entering the Park, we arrive at Confluencia Camp at 3400 MASL (11154 ft.). We have lunch (box lunch) and rest a little bit in order to return then to Mendoza. Day 3 Mendoza. B L Today we enjoy Lujan de Cuyo’s vineyards in an original and fun way. During the tour, we visit Nieto Senetiner and Vistalba wineries, where we learn about the process of wines and enjoy a tasting of those renowned of the region. The tour ends in Bodega Kaiken, where we enjoy a lunch paired with wines. Travelled distance by bicycle: 12 km (7 miles) Day 4 Mendoza / Uco Valley. B L This high-end tour is designed to enjoy and share an excellent wines day. Today we visit wineries located at up to 1.500 MASL (4.920 ft.). That height provides unique attributes to wines. We begin visiting Salentein Winery, where we taste its wines and visit Killka Space, area dedicated to the exhibition and sale of works of well-known local, national and international artists. Its schedule presents four annual exhibitions, one in each season, which is unique in Mendoza. Then, we continue to Domaine Busquet Winery that is characterised by the production of high-quality organic grapes. Finally, we go to Andeluna, where we have lunch. After that, transfer to a lodge in the area. Day 5 Uco Valley / Mendoza. B Morning at leisure to enjoy the activities offered by the lodge. At due time, transfer to the airport to board the scheduled flight. |
Premium Mendoza PackageDay 1 Mendoza. D
Reception at the airport and transfer to the hotel. Afternoon at leisure. In the evening, we go to Maipú to enjoy a gourmet night at the Trapiche winery. We begin with a night tour through the winery that finishes in Espacio Trapiche where we have a three-step paired dinner with the best winery’s varietals. Day 2 Mendoza. B L Today we enjoy a day dedicated to sparkling wines. Our day starts visiting Cruzat Winery, specialized in Champenoise method. This is the procedure to make a sparkling wine as Champagne region style. There we make a wine tasting directly from the tanks, tasting three sparkling wines. The second winery we visit is Chandon and then, Norton. In both of them we do a historical tour and in the end, a wine tasting. This tour finishes in Séptima Winery where we have lunch paired with premium sparkling wines and soft wines. Day 3 Mendoza. B L This high-end tour is designed to enjoy and share an excellent wines’ day. We begin visiting Salentein winery where we taste their wines and explore the Killka Space used by well-known local, national and international artists to exhibit and sale their works. Our next stop is Zuccardi Uco Valley, which won the first place between the best fifty wineries in the world in the World’s Best Vineyards ranking. The new winery was built with natural elements from the stone walls to the concrete pools where the wines rest; that is one of its main characteristics. In this winery, there are not stainless steel tanks because they seek the maximum respect to the wine, in a neat and silent environment. Visiting this winery allows us to explore its vineyards while we discover the different soils’ characteristic and particularities that give identity to the wines. At the end, we have lunch in Piedra Infinita, where we can enjoy a four-step menu produced with regional products paired with Zuccardi wines. Day 4 Mendoza. B L On this day, we have a tour focused on Catena Zapata, a family that took Argentinian wines to the world. Our first stop is in Caro winery. Its aim was choosing the best terroirs to magnify the pairing between Malbec and Cabernet Sauvignon. Then, we continue through Catena Zapata winery and we discover the Catena Zapata World’s secrets: its wines, wineries, history and passion, in order to finish having lunch in Casa Vigil, which in 2017 was called the best winery restaurant in Argentina and one of the best in Mendoza. The restaurant, also known as The Enemy, has a winery where the pure Cabernet Franc wine has the highest mark ever given to a wine by The Wine Advocate written by Robert Parker.
