In this program, visitors will see 6 attractions of the Chapada Diamantina Park, experience the delicious cuisine, get to know the local culture and fall in love with the beautiful landscapes.

1st Day: Salvador/Lençois
At 06:15am: pick up hotel/airport by an English driver guide and transfer to Salvador Bus station. Departure in a regular Bus to Lençois (7hs trip approx). Arrival at 2:00pm. Welcome by local staff and transfer to your pousada, Overnight. 2nd Day: Full day tour: Caves of Lapa Doce, Pratina and Blue cave, Pai Inacio Hill 8:00am: Leave towards Lapa Doce cave (850m trekking inside the cave, enjoying the amazing rock formations, stalactites, stalagmites, columns from millions of years of formation process); Then, go to Blue and Pratinha Caves with its natural clear pool (optional snorkeling, floatation, zipline). Stop for lunch in the farm. To finish the day, back in the car for a short ride, we go to a 20min trekking up the Pai Inacio Hill (500mts). Great view of the tablelands with a 360º view from the area. Emblematic sunset in Chapada Diamantina! Night at leisure, on your own. B/L Physical effort: 6 km walk; tour goes from 8:00am to 6:30 pm; 150 km car ride; / 1 stop for river bathing; moderate level. 3rd Day: Full day tour: Mosquito waterfall and Mucugezinho River with Devil’s Pool We leave the hotel at 08:30 towards the Mosquito waterfall, whose name refers to the small diamonds ever found in the region, is great for bath. We get there after a short walk. After taking a refreshing bath in the waterfall, a regional lunch Will be served on the farm. From there, we continue to Mucugezinho River, to learn about its dark color, and then, we follow a light trekking to Devil’s pool. Option activities such as zip line, rappel, waterfall. Then, we return on the trail. And back to Lençois. Physical effort: 3 km walk; ; tour goes from 8:00am to 5:30pm; 85 km car ride; /2 stops river bathing; moderate level. 4th Day: Lencois-Salvador Transfer to Bus station and regular bus ticket to Salvador on 8:30am departure. Arrival in Salvador by about 4:00pm (sometimes delays are experienced) Welcome by our staff and driver only transfer to hotel or airport. B Packages may have different difficulty levels, and tours may be subjected to some changes due to weather conditions or other natural event in the park. SUGGESTION FOR WHAT TO BRING ID. Bathing suit. Light clothes. Sneakers or hiking boot. Light sweater. Raincoat. Hat or cap. Long sleeves shirt with sunscreen to protect skin without polluting our rivers. Flashlight. Backpack for personal belongings. Money for extra purchases. Small towel. Drinking water. routine medication. CANCELLATION POLICY With up to 7 days in advance prior to the beginning ot the program we Will refund the total amount paid. With less than 7 days we will refund 80% of total value, and in case of cancellation less than 48h it will be considered an event of “no show”, and in that case, it will be no refund of the total amount paid. |
