Galapagos Island Cruises
We offer many different Galapagos cruises to choose from, ranging from superior tourist class to deluxe class. These ships now have itineraries from 4-16 days.
There are 2 seasons for Galapagos Islands travel, though the seasons are mainly tied to mainland occurrences because there is always something to see and do on the Galapagos. Low Season is May, June, September, October and some boats offer discounted rates then. September is probably the time when the sea is the least calm. Spaces for Christmas normally sell out well in advance
When you book the cruise or land option, the air to the islands is automatically booked for you. ECOGAL, the company in charge of the management of Baltra’s airport, will charge US$5 (US$10 round trip) for the buses that transport passengers between the airport terminal and the Itabaca Channel. If you are flying on Aerogal/Avianca, passengers WILL NOT HAVE TO PAY for this service, as the transfers are provided by the airline at no extra cost to passengers.
