Regarding transfer to/from La Casona Matetic, is a private service so, they can coordinate according to flight arrival or according to guest needs if they are staying in Santiago city; however they recommend flight arriving before 12:00 hrs midday. And for departures from Santiago to Punta Arenas or Puerto Natales, they recommend flights leaving at latest 11:00 hrs in order to match with regular transfer to Patagonia Camp. From Punta Arenas airport to Patagonia Camp - departures at 11:30 hrs and at 15:00 hrs. From Patagonia Camp to Punta Arenas departures at 07:00 hrs and at 09:30 hrs. arriving to Punta Arenas Airport at 11:30 hrs and at 14:00 hrs respectively. Reservations must be requested by e-mail. A booking is understood as confirmed only after receiving a written confirmation.
To make a reservation, we require a deposit of 30% of the total cost within 5 days after the confirmation has been received. The remaining balance must be paid within 40 days before check-in. Reservations made within 40 days previous arrival must be paid immediately in full. Rates are free of tax for foreign guests not residents in Chile. Transfer schedule is subject to modifications without prior notice, according to national flight itineraries. Excursions are subject to weather conditions.
