Day 1 - arrive Buenos Aires and transfer to hotel.
In the afternoon, we make a panoramic tour of the city. We start in Plaza de Mayo, witness to the most important events of the country since 1810, from where we are able appreciate the surrounding buildings. We continue to La Boca, where we explore its colourful streets due to the ‘conventillos’ and the famous Caminito street. Our last stop is Recoleta to discover the aristocratic part of the city, where Recoleta’s Cemetery is located. Back to the hotel. In the evening, we attend a Dinner Show, to enjoy the magnetism of tango. Day 2 - B Day at leisure to enjoy an optional tour. Day 3 - Buenos Aires / El Calafate B At due time, transfer to the airport to board the scheduled flight to El Calafate. Arrival and reception. Afternoon at leisure to explore the city, visit the Glaciarium, a museum dedicated to glaciology, or participate in an activity to get to know the steppe while you enjoy a lunch or dinner Day 4 - El Calafate B Take in the rare and breathtaking beauty of the Perito Moreno Glacier, one of the UNESCO JEWELS. The tour guide will pick you up at your hotel in the morning for a full day group tour on the Perito Moreno Glacier. On the way to the park, they will explain the importance of the glacier and share interesting details and facts about the park and Perito Moreno. Your first stop will be at a series of walkways for views of the glacier and to take photos. From there the bus will continue and you will get to see the amazing views and natural beauty that the park has to offer. You will get to walk along the walkways to see the glacier and watch as the chunks of ice break off and crash into the water. At the end of the day the bus will take you back to your hotel. Day 5 - El Calafate B
Day at leisure. Ideal to make a boat trip through the Lake Argentino or, to enjoy activities that will allow you to explore unique landscapes. Day 6 El Calafate / Buenos Aires. B Free morning to enjoy El Calafate. At due time, transfer to the airport to board the scheduled flight to Buenos Aires. Arrival, reception and transfer to the hotel. Day 7 Buenos Aires / Puerto Iguazu. B At the proper time, transfer to the airport to board the scheduled flight to Puerto Iguazú. Arrival and transfer to the hotel. In the afternoon, we leave Puerto Iguazú to arrive in Foz do Iguaçu, Brazil, and visit the Brazilian Side, to appreciate a different view of the waterfalls. At the end, return to Puerto Iguazu. Day 8 Puerto Iguazú. B In the morning, we visit the Iguazú National Park, Argentinian part of the falls, declared a Natural Heritage Site by UNESCO and one of the Seven Wonders of the Natural World. During the tour, we go through the three circuits of the Park: Garganta del Diablo, The Upper Trail and The Lower Trail. During the tour, free time to have lunch (not included) and to take optionally The Great Adventure. In the afternoon, return to the hotel. Day 9 – Iguazu / Buenos Aires B
Transfer to the airport to board the flight to Buenos Aires. Upon arrival, connection to the International Airport if necessary. |
