Awasi Iguazu
There is no equal to luxury lodging and personalized service at Iguazu Falls than what Awasi provides.     ​​
The opening of Awasi at Iguazu has set a new bar for luxury standards while also changing the visitor paradigm for this destination.    Travelers going to Iguazu Falls had grown accustomed to the quick one night stay, to see the falls as quickly as possible, and then depart.  But Awasi decided it was a destination worthy of multiple nights and that there was much more to see "beyond the falls".  Guests stay in one of 14 expansive villas on their private reserve just downstream of the falls on the Argentine side.  Each villa is allocated a private guide and vehicle, allowing guests to make multiple visits to the falls during their stay to avoid peak visitation times, and to explore the vast natural riches that the surrounding Mata Atlantica (Atlantic Rainforest) has to offer.  
Each one of the 13 regular suites takes the form of a stand alone villa, built on stilts for minimal environmental impact, and with a private plunge pool.Each one measures 100 square meters. ​There is 1 master villa panning 150 square meters. It is the only villa with two bedrooms and bathrooms. It also features a larger living room and plunge pool.

(*) Value Added Tax in Argentina is 21%. However, decree #1043/2016 establishes that foreign, non-residents of Argentina (who pay in foreign currency or credit card) are exempt of paying VAT on accommodation + breakfast services. In the case of Awasi, being an all-inclusive experience that includes all meals,activities and transport, the result is a 50% reduction of the total tax (10.5%)
  • Fully Hosted: All your experiences and services are included Private Excursions: One Private Guide & a 4x4 vehicle to design and adapt the excursions that best suit your preferences and interests. You may choose between one full-day excursion (4 to 6 hrs.) or two half-day excursions (between 2 and 5 hrs.) per day.
  • Transfers: Private transfers from and to Puerto Iguazu (IGR) and Foz do Iguaçu (IGU) airport when in accordance to check in/out times.

Payment Policy : A deposit of 50% of the total reservation amount is required at the time of booking confirmation. The remaining balance must be settled no later than 30 days prior to arrival.

At the moment of choosing flights please consider the following time frames (according to our operational times): The arrival of the flight to Foz de Iguazu (IGU) must be between 14h and 20h, while through Puerto Iguazu (IGR) between 13h and 20h. ( the difference is due to changes in the time zone between Brazil and Argentina). The departure of the flight from IGU between 9hrs. and 15hrs, while from IGR between 9h. and 15h.

Festive Dates (Dec. 20th to Jan. 3th)
  • 121 days or more prior to arrival: Full refund of the amount paid.
  • Between 120 and 61 days prior to arrival: 50% charge of the total reservation amount.
  • 60 days or less prior to arrival: 100% charge of the total reservation amount.
High Season (Dec 18th to Feb.)
  • 45 days or more prior to arrival: Full refund.
  • Between 44 and 31 days prior to arrival: 50% charge.
  • 30 days or less prior to arrival: 100% charge
Shoulder and Off-Peak Season (Mar. to Dec. 17th)
  • Up to 31 days before check-in: 100% refund of deposited amounts.
  • 30 to 16 days prior to arrival: 50% penalty of the total lodging amount; remaining balance refundable.
  • Less than 15 days prior to arrival: 100% penalty (non-refundable).
