Day 1 Mendoza.
Arrival at the airport and pick up of the rented vehicle. Time at leisure to visit the wineries in Maipu or Lujan de Cuyo. (11 km driving - 20 minutes) Days 2 and 3 Mendoza. B Free days to visit the different wine regions, take the High Mountain Route to admire the Aconcagua Peak or an adventure activity such as rafting, tirolyn or horseback riding. Day 4 Mendoza / Barreal. B Departure to the province of San Juan to reach Barreal, a unique valley. During the night we recommend you to observe the sky in the Provincial Park El Leoncito. 235km driving Day 5 Barreal/ El Chiflón. B Departure for Ischigualasto Provincial Park to visit the Moon Valley. After an intense day, we arrive at El Chiflón, an ideal stop on the way for resting. 434 km driving Day 6 El Chiflón. B In the morning, departure for the Talampaya National Park, where we continue to discover curious formations. In the afternoon we recommend a walk through the El Chiflón Provincial Park. 26km driving Day 7 El Chiflón / Chañarmuyo. B Departure in a northerly direction to cross the Cuesta de Miranda and arrive in Chilecito where the highest cable car in the world is located. After a tour of the town, continue on to Chilecito. 327km driving Day 8 Chañarmuyo / Cafayate. B We suggest you start early to visit the ruins of Shincal in Catamarca, then continue to the ruins of Los Quilmes in Tucumán and finish the day in Cafayate. 411km driving Day 9 Cafayate. B Day at your disposal to visit the vineyards of the region and the Quebrada de Cafayate. 41km driving Day 10 Cafayate / Cachi. B Departure on route 40 towards Cachi passing through the unique landscape of the Quebrada de las Flechas. 157km driving Day 11 Cachi / Salta. B Departure by route 33 passing through Los Cardones National Park, Quebrada del Escoipe and Cuesta del Obispo. Arrival in Salta. 162 km driving Day 12 Salta. B Free day to visit the city and its surroundings. Day 13 Salta / Purmamarca. B Departure for Purmamarca in the heart of the Quebrada de Humahuaca. Once there, we suggest you take a tour of the village, take a walk around Los Colorados or drive to the Salinas Grandes via the Cuesta de Lipan. 188km driving Day 14 Purmamarca. B Spend the day visiting the Quebrada de Humahuaca, UNESCO's natural and cultural heritage of humanity. We recommend you to make a detour to El Hornocal. 137km driving Day 15 Purmamarca / Salta.
