We do not have any fixed group departures for 2020 because the hotels want deposits too far in advance in order to hold space.
We have created a few fixed departure dates for Jaguar tours for 2019 to try to bring down the rates for 1 or 2 people traveling together and also to make sure that we can secure space - the Pantanal Norte Hotel is very popular among sport fishermen as well as jaguar seekers, so it is often full during high season.

Day 1_.../ CUIABÁ/ PANTANAL dynamic high D
1:20pm Pick-up at the Cuiaba hotel or airport and immediate transfer to the traditional town of Poconé, with introduction to the geological formation and flora characteristics, then to the lodge, arriving there after an overland safari along the Transpantaneira park-road with many stops to observe the first Egrets, Storks, Rheas, Toucans, Capybaras and Caimans of its rich fauna among 700 species of birds, 120 of mammals, 80 of reptiles... In the afternoon there is a boat trip on the Pixaim river, with a change of environments and possibility of seeing the Giant-river Otters, Agami heron and many other animals that, especially at the dry season, have there their only water resource in a 35 km diameter of area. Dinner and free evening. Day 2 PANTANAL dynamic high/ JAGUAR seeking’ BLD In the early morning we observe the spectacle of the awakening of nature with some walks through the gallery forests. This silent activity allows the observation/ photography of a large number of monkeys, capybaras and other rodents, as well as many birds’ nests (Jabiru storks, Hyacinthine Macaw, etc.) and, with luck, the Giant Anteater in the fields or the Tapir in the forests. Departure for a terrestrial safari along the Transpantaneira until another lodge at Porto Jofre, arriving there for lunch and have a first try to see the elusive Jaguars on a boat ride. Day 3 JAGUAR seeking BLD Departure in boats equipped with radio-communication for navigating the rivers Cuiabá, Three Brothers and Piquiri, seeking for Jaguars, who might be hunting Caiman or Capybaras or simply resting/ playing on the banks. During the journey can be observed many other species of the rich fauna as the Giant-river Otters, among hundreds of birds including the Black-skimmer. Boats are available for the whole day in order to maximize chances to see the largest cat in Americas. Day 4 JAGUAR seeking/ PANTANAL dynamic low BLD After breakfast, departure for a terrestrial safari along the Transpantaneira. Lunch on the way and arrival in the afternoon, in time to enjoy a nice overland safari in vehicles that can reach a remote water stream where there is a large concentration of wildlife such as Caiman, Capybaras, Giant-river Otters and the rare Boat-billed Heron or huge birds colonies. Return at the dusk with chance to see nocturnal animals. Dinner and a night safari in vehicles equipped with special torches to spot a large variety of animals that include the Giant-Anteater. Day 5 PANTANAL dynamic low/ CUIABÁ BL In the morning we do a walk through the mound-hills (portion of non-flooded land that concentrate large number of mammals among many birds' nests. This silent activity allows the observation/ photography of a large number of monkeys, capybaras, as well as many birds nests (Jabiru storks, Hyacinth Macaw, etc.) and, with luck, the Giant Anteater on the fields or the Tapir in the forests. Lunch and departure to the CGB airport-hotels with drop-off in the afternoon at 3pm.
