Day 1, FRI Bogotá
Arrival in Bogotá, transfer to hotel
Augusta 3*+ or De la Opera 4*

Day 2, SAT Bogotá (B)
Half day city tour Bogotá including Paloquemao market,
the Gold museum and the Botero museum. Afternoon
at leisure for own activities.

Day 3, SUN Bogotá (B/L)
Full day excursion to the underground salt cathedral
Zipaquirá, the beautiful lagoon of Guatavita and to the
farm of a local family to learn more about their way of
living. Lunch is included.

Day 4, MON Bogotá - Armenia (B)
Flight to Armenia, located in the „coffee triangle“ of
Colombia. In the afternoon meeting with specialists to
learn more about the coffee making process. Guests
can pluck and roast beans and in the end enjoy their
personal coffee. 
Bosque del Saman 3*

Day 5, TUE Coffee Triangle (B)
Full day visit of the fascinating Cocora Valley with its
palm trees; visit of the picturesque village Salento;
proceed to Filandia to enjoy a marvellous panoramic
view of the Cordillera.

Day 6, WED Armenia - Cartagena (B)
Flight via Bogotá to Cartagena. Transfer to hotel.

Day 7, THU Cartagena (B)
Half day city tour incl. visit of the San Felipe fortress,
walk in the beautiful historical center and visit of the
San Pedro Claver Monastery.

Day 8, FRI Departure (B)
Transfer to CTG-airport and return flight to Bogotá;
departure or post-tour.

General Conditions

1. Departure is guaranteed with a minimum of 02 participants. The operation of the tour can only be guaranteed by the end of the cancellation deadline, 46 days prior departure.
2. The transfers on arrival and departure day are included in the roundtrip rate from 02 persons on; in case 01 pax arrives/departs separately, a surcharge for the extra transfer will apply.
3. All transfers and excursions are on SAT-seat-in-service and include local English speaking guides (changing in each area).
4. Transfers and excursions are provided together for middle and comfort class passengers.
5. The small group guarantee of max. 16 participants cannot be ensured for services on regular seat-in-basis (non-SAT-exclusive services).
6. SAT is not responsible for any belongings of the passengers carried during any services rendered by SAT, such as transfers or tours.
7. In case of early transfers breakfast at the hotel cannot be guaranteed. If a dinner is included in the program it cannot be guaranteed in case of unforeseen late arrivals.
8. SAT holds an allotment for the needed internal flights and can provide the booking accordingly. In this case SAT will issue the tickets and invoice the tour operator accordingly. In case the tour operator books the internal flights themselves, SAT informs the correspondent flight numbers to be booked. With this SAT can ensure that the whole group will travel together on the same flights.
9. Our prices include taxes, entrance fees and tax in the hotels. Meals are included as and when mentioned in our program (B=Breakfast, L=Lunch, D=Dinner)
10. Our prices do not include: airport taxes, airfares, personal expenses, extras in the hotels and tips.
11. SAT has the right to sell this tour to other clients without any exception.
12. The above mentioned rates for pre- and post-nights at the group hotels are subject to availability and valid for max. 3 nights. From the 4th night on, a higher rate could apply.
13. Optional tours can only be booked through our local SAT-office or SAT-guides. SAT cannot be held responsible for tours booked via any other supplier. Tours have to be paid on the spot. Payment by credit card is not always accepted.
14. 8 weeks prior to arrival a complete passenger list including names, passport number, nationality, profession and date of birth is required.
15. Flights not booked via SAT can only be reconfirmed by SAT with the correct and complete file key of your booking.
16. Cancellation Policy:

• Until 46 days prior departure no cancellation fee
• From 45 until 21 days prior departure maximum 50% cancellation fee
• From 20 days to 01 day prior departure maximum 80% cancellation fee.
• Cancellation on arrival day 95% cancellation fee.

Cancellation fees for flights are subject to separate cancellation conditions depending on the Airline.

1. Rates for hotel services in Colombia are based on bookings made by non-resident foreign visitors. For nationals or foreign residents in Colombia, rates are not valid and a surcharge of 16% local tax applies on all hotel services.

The hotels will check in the passport that the entrance stamp will be only for tourists: The correct ones are: PIP-5 or PTP-5 or Visa TP-11. If different, the 16% tax will be charge directly to the passenger.

1. Citizens of Canada have to pay a reciprocity fee of 160,000 pesos — about US$70 — when entering Colombia. The amount is subject to change.

Children under 14 and adults older than 79 are exempt from the tax, which is paid to customs officials at points of entry.
Canadian citizens who are headed to the archipelago of San Andres, Providencia and Santa Catalina will also be exempt.
Cash payment must be in Colombian pesos. The tax can also be paid by credit or debit card. Passengers unable to pay will not be allowed into the country.

3. SAT liability will be limited to the reimbursement of services supplied for failure of services contracted by us. SAT cannot be held liable for any injury, loss, accident, delay or irregularity occasioned by air-carriers or third-party suppliers and by natural phenomena, sickness, war, quarantine, strike, or any other kind of force major or by attendance to Federal Police, customs and Health Authorities regulations.
