We had stopped offering tours in Venezuela a few years ago when there were a lot of problems and tensions were high between the governments of Venezuela and the U.S. But we noticed that people were still looking at our Venezuela tour pages and one person who has been operating tours there for over 30 years told us that tourists were still coming. We were told that it is not a problem to operate tours in the remote areas that are so popular because it is safe there and food and other supplies are still available. Though U.S. citizens can't get visas to go to Venezuela, it is possible for Europeans and others to get them, so they can still go. (a visa is required and is not available on arrival) So we are now offering tours to 4 areas:
