Travel in South America can often be a problem because many times you have to fly to a major hub in order to connect with another city, which adds time and cost. Here are a few new routes to make things more convenient for travel in Chile and Argentina.

This is really great news to make a circular trip in Patagonia starting either in Ushuaia, El Calafate or Punta Arenas and we will be able to connect: The Perito Moreno Glacier, El Chalten, Torres del Paine and Ushuaia.
The flght schedule coincides with the Australis Cruise operation.
- SANTIAGO TO CHILOE AND PUERTO NATALES
In addition twice-weekly seasonal service will begin between Santiago and Puerto Natales, from December 6th 2016 to February 25th 2017. The route will offer passengers easier access during the summer months to Puerto Natales and surrounding attractions.
LATAM Airlines Chile flight LA001 will depart Santiago at 10:45 on Saturday and Tuesday, arriving in Puerto Natales at 13:55.
The return flight (LA002) will depart Puerto Natales at 14:35 on Saturday and Tuesday and arrive in Santiago at 19:30 (all times local).
The flight times are scheduled to enable convenient connections with international flights to and from Europe, the United States and other international destinations. People who can take advantage of this can save several hours by not having to travel between Punta Arenas and Puerto Natales.

Also note that there are now direct flights between Lima, Peru and Cartagena Colombia. Passengers will be able to travel between the two countries twice a week, on Wednesdays and Sundays.
Flights have been scheduled to leave Lima at 12:40 p.m. and arrive to Cartagena at 4:10 p.m. When leaving Colombia, flights will depart at 7:45 p.m. and arrive to Peru at 11:10 p.m.
Also note that there are now direct flights between Lima, Peru and Cartagena Colombia. Passengers will be able to travel between the two countries twice a week, on Wednesdays and Sundays.
